Vetted Solutions is seeking both new graduate and experienced registered nurses to join a comprehensive RN Residency Program in a hospital setting in Missouri. The role involves direct patient care across medical-surgical units, including neurology, orthopedics, general surgery, telemetry, and oncology.

The program offers 8-16 weeks of hands-on clinical training, preceptor mentoring, classroom learning, and leadership support to help new graduates transition into confident, competent nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, BSN).
• Active RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Open to new graduates; hospital experience preferred for some units.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and assist patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across medical-surgical units.
• Assess patients, prioritize care, and monitor conditions.
• Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and nurse educators.
• Participate in the RN Residency program's training and onboarding.
