Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care Unit in New Albany, IN. This full-time night shift (7pm-7am), 36 hours weekly role welcomes new grads committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

The PCU provides intermediate care for cardiovascular patients, with opportunities to expand assessment skills while managing drips and specialized procedures. Indiana RN license and ACLS within 12 months are required.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license or graduate of approved nursing program.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Serve as an on-shift team member delivering direct care to patients, families, and coworkers.
• Care for a high-acuity cardiovascular PCU population and monitor patient status.
