Job summary

Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital is seeking new grad RNs to join a compassionate team providing behavioral health and psychiatric support to children and teens ages 3 to 17.

As a Registered Nurse, you will administer care, coordinate and delegate nursing activities within the multidisciplinary treatment plan, and promote professional nursing practice on the unit. Starting pay is $42 per hour with shift differentials of $3.25 (Mon-Thu) and $6.25 (Fri-Sun) for PMs and Nights.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Integrate care within the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care.
• Promote and enhance professional nursing practice on the unit.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
