Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking new nurse graduates to join our in-center hemodialysis teams in Spartanburg, SC. We offer paid training, a signing bonus, and a supportive nonprofit culture focused on patient-centered care.

New graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior dialysis experience is required, and Sundays are off with no overnight shifts. Potential full-time shifts include four 10-hour days or three 12-hour days upon hire.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with care teams.
• Desire to work with a multidisciplinary team and learn in a training environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Prepare dialysis machines and supplies and ensure quality standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies.
• Provide ongoing patient education and health coaching.
• Assist in medication inventory and charting under supervision.
