University Hospitals is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse for the Observation Unit at Ahuja Medical Center, a fast-paced unit opened June 2023. The 22-bed unit features a nurse-to-patient ratio of about 4:1 and a culture focused on education and support.

The Observation Unit at Ahuja Medical Center is a new floor that opened June 2023 and is a fast paced environment where you will be working directly with providers to assess patients and create a care pathway for them. The observation unit has 22 beds with a lower patient to nurse ratio of about 4/5:1 with an average turnover rate of 24hrs.
