Aston Group in Florida is seeking a New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) to launch their nursing career with hands-on clinical experience and mentorship in a skilled nursing facility.

You will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Training and onboarding are designed for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active or pending Florida RN license.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
