Job summary

HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital offers a Nurse Residency Program to help new graduates transition from student nurse to registered nurse. The year-long paid residency provides hands-on experience, clinical training, and structured learning with experienced nurse educators and preceptors.

You will work in a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and professional growth within a respected hospital system in Florida.

Qualifications

• BLS obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS obtained within 1 year of employment.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
• No previous experience needed.
• Some travel may be needed for training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality patient-centered care.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and follow-up.
