Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg at St. Francis Downtown. New grads welcomed with support to pursue licensure and a sign-on bonus program. You will join a compassionate care team delivering patient-centered services in a busy medical-surgical unit.

Ideal candidates are newly licensed RNs or applicants with limited experience, ready to develop clinical skills, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and provide safe, high-quality care in a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• RN licensure (or candidate pursuing RN licensure) in state of practice.
• BLS certification (preferred on hire; must obtain prior to direct patient care)

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status using organizational and leadership skills.
• Provide care to patients with medical and surgical diagnoses.
• Develop and perform patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care.
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses.
