3M HEALTHCARE is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Davie Medical Center Med-Surg Unit in North Carolina. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts and 3rd weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to obtain ACLS certification within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across the continuum.
