MetroWest Medical Center is seeking candidates for the LDRP RN Residency Cohorts (November 16, 2026 and December 7, 2026). Eligible applicants include those with prior LDRP/Women's experience or new grads with relevant practicum, aiming to transition from student to professional nurse.

Residents will join a supportive clinical educator community, gain exposure to various shifts and patient populations, and receive a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Licensed RN in the state of practice.
• Graduated from state-approved nursing program or accredited school.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, competent patient care.
• Assess, plan, and implement direct nursing care for assigned patients.
• Supervise staff when nursing care is delegated.
