The role involves night shifts (7PM-7:30AM), full-time schedules, and requires a valid RN license with BLS at hire. Compensation ranges from $46.00 to $61.93 per hour plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.

Responsibilities

• Implement the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
• Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients/families.
• Interpreting assessment data to develop a nursing care plan with goals and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in rehabilitation goal setting and documentation.
