Abrazo Scottsdale Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional bedside nursing care within an assigned unit. You will coordinate care planning with other disciplines and supervise staff as needed, delivering age-specific care using the nursing process and clinical judgement.

The role includes a sign-on bonus up to $2,500 based on eligibility, along with opportunities for career development and a comprehensive benefits package supporting work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• L&D advanced fetal monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.
• Two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
• Arizona RN license; CPR. ACLS as applicable by facility/department.

Aufgaben

• Assesses patient’s physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk and discharge planning needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determines nursing diagnoses based on patient assessment and data analysis.
• Sets realistic patient outcome goals and guides patient and family to achieve them.
• Individualizes plans of care based on patient needs.
• Implements nursing and medical orders appropriate to patient status.
