Job summary

Qualifications

• Required Education: Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• New Graduate up to six months of RN experience.
• Registration as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia and/or compact license to practice in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize data collection.
• Develop, modify, and integrate an individualized care plan.
• Perform treatments and nursing interventions as ordered by providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure appropriate care interventions.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust the care plan as needed.
• Identify learning needs and educate patients and families.
