UC San Diego Health invites applications for the New Grad RN residency program in Hematology and Cellular Therapy at Jacobs Medical Center in San Diego, CA. The role supports newly licensed RNs through a comprehensive transition-to-practice experience with enhanced clinical learning.

Pay scale is consistent with UC pay policies; the 90% appointment runs nights with 12-hour shifts, including some day shifts for training, and total openings are limited to 3.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• California RN license by start date or interim permits considered.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS at hire with plan to obtain ART within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Identify and implement nursing interventions and evaluate results for diverse patient populations.
• Direct and act as resource to nursing team; promote policy compliance.
• Support transition-to-practice through the Nurse Residency Program.
