Qualifications

• RN license in North Carolina or multi-state compact with privileges in NC.
• BSN preferred as part of education requirements.
• Experience in emergency department or acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Engages in quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans as needed.
• Promotes safety and reduces risk of harm to patients.
• Administers medications and therapies per protocols.
• Maintains accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed.
