Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months.
• Must obtain nursing license within 90 days of employment.
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital or related facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment.
• Records pre and post-dialysis data and vital signs.
• Initiates dialysis and monitors response.
• Documents patient treatment in health record.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness of dialysis equipment and area.
• Reports changes to nurse supervisor.
