Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• RN license in North Carolina prior to start.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care following professional standards.
• Coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• Educate patients and families; promote discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to evaluate and plan care.
• Assist in advancing unit goals and performance improvements.
