Tenet Healthcare in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a registered nurse to provide professional care within an assigned unit. You will coordinate care plans with other disciplines and supervise staff as needed, ensuring safety and high-quality nursing practice.

The role requires a nursing degree from an accredited school, AZ RN license, and CPR; ACLS/PALS/ENPC as applicable. You may be asked to lead shifts in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualificações

• Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN license to practice in Arizona.
• CPR certification; ACLS as applicable by facility.
• PALS/ENPC or equivalent as required by department.
• NICU/L&D certifications or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Supervise by assessing, planning, delegating and directing staff.
• Evaluate quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify goals.
• Participate in hourly rounding.
• Observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.
• May be in charge for shifts.
• Assess patient needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determine nursing diagnoses based on assessments.
• Set patient-specific outcome goals and guide patient and family.
