Job summary

Advocate Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Acute Care for Elderly Unit (ACE) at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active registered nurse (RN) license with privileges to practice in applicable state(s).
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engage in quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
