Cleveland Clinic Akron General invites registered nurses to join its Acute Cardiac and Nephrology team in Akron. This full-time night-shift role offers patient-centered care and opportunities to grow in a supportive environment.

You will assess and plan care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, document treatments, and pursue specialty certifications. Eligible candidates have ADN or BSN, RN license, BLS and ACLS; acute care experience preferred. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualificações

• RN license required (state).
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or to be obtained within first year.
• Experience in acute care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for a patient population.
• Complete ongoing assessments and recognize changes in patient condition.
• Develop and update goals, involving patients and families in care plans.
• Coordinate the interdisciplinary plan of care and serve as a patient advocate.
• Administer treatments and medications, and document care provided.
• Participate in ongoing interdisciplinary evaluation of patient/family outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement processes.
• Delegate tasks and serve as a resource person.
• Pursue ongoing education and specialty certifications.
