Wayne UNC Health Care offers a December 2026 & May 2027 RN/BSN New Grad program designed to transition new graduates into professional nursing. You will work under a seasoned RN preceptor, delivering evidence-based care across multiple units including Post-Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Oncology, Medical‑Surgical, PCU and Emergency Departments.

The program emphasizes mentorship, confidence-building and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure (NC) required or in process.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide and document professional nursing care.
• Assist provider with therapeutic regimens and patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high‑quality care.
