We foster an inclusive, team-based culture. Sign-On Bonus of $10,000 is available for eligible candidates working FT Night Shift on Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Cardiac & Progressive Care Units, and cannot be combined with other bonuses or scholarships. A $5,000 Relocation Bonus is also offered for those more than 50 miles from our hospitals.

We have full staffing in Mother Baby, Labor and Delivery, NICU, and Pediatrics for all 2025 graduates. Join our career pathway program to develop and transfer to these units in your first year, leveraging the power of internal promotion.

HCA Nurse Residency Program

This year-long program provides hands-on experience, clinical training, educational sessions, preceptorship, simulations, mentoring, and evidence-based projects to help transition from student to registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and document care accurately.
• Administer medications, monitor responses, and notify providers of issues.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and anticipate care requirements.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• RN License or Graduate Nurse status in the state.
• No prior experience required.
• Some travel for training may be needed.
