The Rhoads 4 GI/Bariatric Surgical Unit of HUP is looking for a new grad RN to join the team! The position will rotate every 4 weeks between day shift (7a-7p) and night shift (7p-7a). The position will also have an every third weekend requirement built into the schedule.
The Clinical Nurse 1 New to Practice/Apprentice is a newly licensed RN or RN with less than 15 months of experience that demonstrates basic safe practice within the organizational professional practice model. The role involves seeking guidance to integrate concepts, knowledge, skills, and attitudes to meet professional nursing standards. The nurse will provide direct care to patients across all ages and work closely with the healthcare team to coordinate care. The position emphasizes developing knowledge and skills for individualized patient care, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
