Where You Will Work

9T is a 36-bed neurosurgical medical-surgical unit. We specialize in neurosurgical spine and step down from NSICU, Neuro Progressive and stroke departments. Of these beds, 6 are off-service beds that serve patients with neurological diagnoses This is a fast-paced, high-acuity unit, especially for our fresh post-operative spine patients, which allows for lower nurse-to-patient ratios to ensure optimal care. We are proud to be Joint Commission Certified in Spine Surgery - the first unit in the country to receive this designation. We've successfully completed two redesignations.
