Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs care delivered by Patient Care Technicians.
• Educates patients and families about ESRD, dialysis, diet, fluids and medications.
• Implements prescribed dialysis treatments and adjusts with physician guidance.
• Maintains accurate medical records and documentation in the system.
• Participates in CQI activities, staff meetings, and department communications.
