Symbotic is hiring a New Grad- Quality Engineer to join the Quality team. You will help establish quality requirements, validate supplier manufacturing processes, and drive quality performance from the start of production.

The role offers exposure to training and mentorship from leaders and opportunities to contribute to real projects. Ideal candidates are recent graduates in industrial/mechanical/manufacturing engineering with hands-on manufacturing exposure and a willingness to travel up to

Formación

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a related field.
• Internship, co-op, academic project, or hands-on experience in manufacturing.
• Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes, quality planning and control.
• Exposure to APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, FMEA or related quality tools preferred.
• Ability to analyze processes, document findings and communicate clearly with suppliers.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or continuous improvement training is a plus.
• Up to 50% travel; valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Support supplier quality activities for assigned suppliers and contract manufacturers, including new product introduction and production readiness.
• Participate in supplier audits and site assessments to verify manufacturing processes, build plans, control plans, and adherence to defined quality requirements.
• Support APQP and PPAP activities, including reviewing supplier documentation and helping confirm that manufacturing processes are ready for production.
• Partner with Quality Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and supplier teams to develop requirements and resolve quality concerns.
• Use structured problem-solving and root cause methods to support corrective actions and help prevent repeat quality issues.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and communicate findings, risks, and improvement opportunities to internal and external partners.
• Travel to supplier and contract manufacturing locations as needed to support audits, validation, quality planning, and new product launches.
