Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in New York's outpatient setting invites recent graduates to begin their physical therapy careers. You will receive hands-on mentorship, access to state-of-the-art facilities, and a collaborative team that supports your growth from student to practicing clinician.

As a New Grad PT, you’ll evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and partner with physicians and therapists to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in NY or eligible.
• New grads welcomed and mentored.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and communication.
• Ability to instruct patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient PT services according to the care plan.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to maximize outcomes.
• Document progress and communicate with physicians.
