Start dates
Start dates for new graduate RNs are twice monthly throughout the year. You start orientation as a licensed RN eligible to practice in Oklahoma. There is opportunity to start as an intern after graduation, but before licensure.

Professional Practice Development Center
Mercy is the only hospital in Oklahoma to use a Professional Practice Development Center designed to help new graduate nurses transition into the nursing profession, and to support experienced nurses as they begin their Mercy career.
