Residency available to Spring 2025 graduates.

The following departments have openings for new graduates:

• General MedSurg ($10,000 sign-on bonus)
• Orthopedics/Spine ($10,000 sign-on bonus)
• Med Surg at regional hospitals (Guthrie, Kingfisher, Watonga) ($10,000 sign-on bonus)

Start dates are twice monthly throughout the year, with orientation as a licensed RN in Oklahoma. Opportunities for internship before licensure are available.

Incentives and benefits include:

• RN Loan Forgiveness program (up to $370/month, $20,000 cap) for those starting within 12 months of graduation
• At least 24 hours of PTO after orientation
• Tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 annually
• Shift differentials: evenings 3.25, nights 4.00, weekends 4.00
• Health, dental, and vision coverage after 1 day

Mercy’s Professional Practice Development Center supports new graduate nurses with simulation, core competency development, and confidence building.
