Qualifications

• Uses critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
• Develops and implements individualized plans of care with the healthcare team, promoting patient-centered care.
• Evaluates patient responses and adjusts plans throughout the stay.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
