Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS certifications may be required based on unit needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect total nursing care for assigned patients.
• Supervise and collaborate with nursing staff on the unit.
• Support a structured preceptorship and participate in ongoing education during the residency.
