Responsibilities

• Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment.
• Performs and records pre- and post-dialysis evaluation, weight, and vital signs.
• Maintains environmental safety and cleanliness of the dialysis area.
• Cleans and disinfects dialysis machines and equipment between treatments.
• Enters treatment data into the clinical application accurately and timely.
• Obtains prescribed laboratory testing and prepares specimens as required.
