Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post dialysis evaluation, record vital signs and weight.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis and report changes to supervisor.
• Enter treatment data into the designated clinical application accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and prep dialysis equipment as required.
