Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver nursing care, assess patients, delegate tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants, and collaborate with the team to develop care plans, aiming for positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care under RN direction to achieve positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with the nursing team and families to develop plans of care.
• Communicate patient information across shifts.
