Responsibilities

• Own Starlink hardware from conceptual design through high-volume production.
• Develop design criteria, collaborate on requirements, drive system-level optimization.
• Design and develop production lines, including robot end effector design and automation programming.
• Refine the production system for high-rate, high-yield, reliable processes.
• Identify trends to optimize product output, quality, and manufacturability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical system problems, plan maintenance and procurement.
• Challenge assumptions and find simple solutions to complex problems.
