BAYADA Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking nurses to join our Nurse Residency program. You will provide one-on-one patient care, build clinical skills, and advance your nursing career in a supportive, accredited environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, paid training from day one, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits, with a pathway from student to a confident, independent nurse.

Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR in good standing

Pay: $27- $29 hourly

$250 Commitment Bonus

$500 awarded after working 40 hours independently in the field

$1,250 awarded after working 1,000 hours independently in the field
