Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring nurses to provide compassionate home-based care in New Jersey. You will perform one-on-one patient care and work with a team to ensure quality outcomes, with flexible scheduling and training from day one.

Compensation is $28–$32 per hour, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. This role supports patients across ages with diverse needs, emphasizing independence and dignity in home health care.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and visit patients at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home settings.
• Follow BAYADA nursing protocols and document care on electronic charting.
• Participate in paid training from day one and engage in continuous learning.
