BAYADA Home Health Care in New Jersey is offering a Nurse Residency Program for new graduates. This paid residency helps you flourish—learning new skills, growing with every challenge, and advancing in your nursing career.

As a nonprofit focused on quality care, BAYADA provides in-depth paid training from day one, state-of-the-art simulation labs, and strong clinical support to help you succeed in home health nursing.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program


• CPR in good standing

Pay: $27- $29 hourly

$250 Commitment Bonus

$500 awarded after working 40 hours independently in the field

$1,250 awarded after working 1,000 hours independently in the field
