Nuvo is seeking a new grad Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to build and optimize mission-critical systems enabling seamless wholesale commerce.

You’ll design, deploy, and tailor Nuvo’s platform to customer workflows, collaborating with success, product, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions and drive adoption.

About the Role

We are looking for pragmatic engineers who thrive at the intersection of software development and real‑world customer impact. As a new grad Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work directly with customers, partners, and internal teams to build, integrate, and optimize the mission‑critical systems that enable seamless wholesale commerce, with support and mentorship as you ramp. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy fast‑paced problem‑solving, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and deploying tailored technical solutions in real‑world environments. Your work will directly impact how businesses transact, helping them move faster and operate more efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with customers and customer success to deeply understand customers' workflows, pain points, and technical requirements.
• Design and deploy customized solutions that integrate Nuvo's platform with customer systems, ensuring seamless adoption and performance.
• Build custom features for some of Nuvo's largest, most complicated customers to solve their most pressing problems, with guidance from senior engineers.
• Work cross‑functionally with customer success, product, engineering, and business teams, bringing field insights back to shape Nuvo's roadmap.
• Grow into a trusted technical partner to customers, helping them maximize the value of Nuvo's products.

What You Bring:

• Strong CS fundamentals plus real evidence of building things end to end (internships, open source, hackathons, or side projects).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguous, high‑stakes environments.
