About the role:

As an entry level Probable Risk Assessment Engineer (PRA), you will perform Probabilistic Risk Assessments (PRA) for nuclear power plant systems evaluating a plant's potential vulnerability to all risk and hazard types like seismic, fire, and flooding.

You will report to the Senior Manager for Risk Analysis. You will work hybrid at the manager's discretion based in Cranberry Woods, PA in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. No relocation provided. We can consider candidates able to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assess domestic and international operating plants, and new reactors in design phase
  2. Review plant operating procedures, system/layout documents like piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and cable routes to understand plant systems and operation
  3. Database management and data analysis tasks using a variety of tools
  4. Present technical topics and interface with global customers and regulatory bodies
  5. Partner with global project teams contributing to technical scope, execution, meetings and financial goals
Qualifications:
  1. 0+ years of experience
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Nuclear
  3. Desire to earn Professional Engineer in Training (EIT) license
  4. 10% travel availability to domestic or international customer sites
