Colliers in Dallas is hiring a new graduate broker to launch a career in sales and leasing within Commercial Real Estate. You will prospect, network, and build relationships to identify opportunities across service lines, while maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity/Debt teams, and leverage Colliers databases to track opportunities and market activity.

Qualifications

• Graduate from university in Fall 2026 or Winter/Spring 2027.
• Valid real estate license in Texas or willingness to obtain within six months.
• Some understanding of the real estate industry and related terminology.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate new and expanding business opportunities in targeted sectors.
• Prospect, network and build relationships with clients to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and other teams across product lines.
• Maintain databases to track prospects and opportunities.
