Job summary

FullShift Staffing is offering a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility with competitive pay. The contract length is 13 weeks with an option to extend, or a permanent placement option.

Shifts are available days, evenings, or nights and include housing and travel stipends for travelers. A dedicated account manager will support you from onboarding to completion, with ongoing payroll expertise.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment (new grads welcome).
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Current TB test/results and fitness for duty (within the past year).
• Ability to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Take and record vital signs and weights.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship while promoting dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to facility policies.
