Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for placement in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Competitive pay with housing and travel stipends for travelers; 13-week contracts with option to extend or move to permanent placement.

New grads are welcome. Must hold CNA certification in the state, plus BLS/CPR, TB testing, and a current fitness-for-duty assessment. Shifts include days, evenings, or nights, with a supportive team and onboarding/payroll assistance.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical fit for duty (within the past year).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other patient information.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship while promoting dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to facility policies.
