Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for placements in Skilled Nursing Facilities. • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical fit for duty (within the past year).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Take and record vital signs and patient information.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship while promoting dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to facility policies.
