Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Passing NBCE Parts I, II, III and IV; SPEC exam acceptable as Part IV alternative.
• Valid Wisconsin DC license.
• Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients and review appropriate health histories.
• Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal and spinal conditions.
• Perform manual chiropractic adjustments.
• Educate patients about routine chiropractic care.
• Recommend appropriate courses of care.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Maintain accurate and timely records.
• Communicate with the front desk and chiropractic team.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Learn to contribute to patient retention and clinic growth.
• Recommend membership plans and packages that make care accessible.
