Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Doctor of Chiropractic for a full-time clinic-building opportunity in Wisconsin. You will influence patient care, build relationships, grow a high-volume clinic, and participate in merit-based bonuses and ownership opportunities.

This role offers a $75K-$100K+ annual earning potential with fee-based pay per shift, flexible schedule, healthcare coverage, paid lunch breaks, PTO, malpractice insurance, CE reimbursement, and ongoing team collaboration to drive

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I-IV. A recent NBCE SPEC exam acceptable for Part IV.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health histories and examinations.
• Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine.
• Perform manual chiropractic adjustments.
• Educate patients about benefits of routine care.
• Recommend appropriate courses of care.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Communicate effectively with clinic teams.
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment.
• Encourage membership plans to provide affordable care.
• Take ownership of patient retention and clinic growth.
