Job summary

Torc Robotics is seeking a data annotation and QA contractor to support training AI systems for autonomous trucks. You will label information from sensors including images and LiDAR, create 2D bounding boxes and 3D cuboids, and review annotations for accuracy.

This fixed-term 6-month contract may extend or convert to full-time. Remote role open to candidates in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, or Quebec, with full-time hours and core hours in Eastern Time.

Job description

• Support Torc's data annotation and quality assurance pipeline.
• Label information from different sensors including images and LiDAR.
• Help train AI systems used in autonomous trucks.

What You'll Do:

• Work with 2D images and 3D sensor data to help AI systems recognize surroundings.
• Create 2D bounding boxes, 3D cuboids, and other shape types.
• Review pre-labeled data and accept, reject, or correct annotations.
• Fixed-term 6-month contract with possible extension or full-time conversion.
• Remote role open to candidates in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, or Quebec.
• Full-time hours with core hours in Eastern Time.
