Job summary

Torc Robotics seeks meticulous data annotators for a six-month fixed-term contract, with possible extension or conversion to full-time. You will label 2D images and 3D sensor data to train AI for autonomous trucks, following detailed guidelines and using our annotation tools.

Starting late November 2026, the role is remote with eligibility for relocation or extension depending on performance and business needs. Training and equipment are provided, and English collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay focused and work efficiently during repetitive tasks.
• Able to manage several projects simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed.
• Autonomy and motivation, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Legal right to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Label objects using specialized tools to create: 2D bounding boxes, 3D cuboids and other shapes representing vehicles, road elements, obstacles and more.
• Reviewing pre-labeled data to ensure it meets detailed guidelines.
• Accepting, rejecting or correcting annotations using our software.
• Providing clear notes when corrections are needed.
• Gradually learning and mastering our internal tools.
