Beacon Biosignals is seeking a frontline customer support specialist for a fully remote US-based role. You will resolve issues, escalate when needed, and document solutions clearly, while using SQL and logs to troubleshoot and investigate problems in a Windows

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with at least 2 in technical support.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable with Windows OS.
• Experience with troubleshooting and documenting issues.
