Job summary

Uline is hiring Warehouse Custodians for its new Plainfield facility. Monday–Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with a pay range of $20–$25 per hour. New hires receive a $5,000 bonus.

The role focuses on cleanliness, organization, and smooth daily operations. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, and prior custodial experience. Able to lift 50–70 lbs and operate cleaning equipment is preferred.

• Physical stamina to move packages weighing up to 50–70 lbs and operate cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized warehouse space through sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Handle trash removal and box scraps with a compactor.
• Operate floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment as needed.
• Assist with special projects and general labor to support warehouse operations.
